Local food

A lot of pollution is created, and energy wasted transporting
and buying foods out of season, out of state, or country.

Yet, at least in the U.S. "supermarkets" dominate the landscape
with food shipped from all over the world, that is;

Non-organic or sustainably farmed,

Full of chemical pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, any biocide you can imagine.

The solution to this is partly, buy local, organic sustainably farmed food in

But even if we buy local, and it is still farmed without respect to nature,
we still have a problem.

There are problems too, with organic certification, that farmers can now
usurp the laws, by adding biocides that are legal, without telling the consumer
or labeling.

different countries to post.
